Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways, including Vodafone Fiji’s M-PAiSA. By completing a transaction, you authorize us and the payment provider to process your payment information.

We do not store full payment credentials and are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party payment providers.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon delivery of the item to the carrier.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by that policy.
